Plymouth Argyle will open both the Grandstand and Lyndhurst Stand for the prestige FA Youth Cup third round tie against Manchester City at Home Park on Thursday, December 14 (7pm).
Only the Grandstand has been used for the young Pilgrims’ previous two home matches in the competition, the wins against Eastleigh (7-2) and AFC Wimbledon (3-2).
However, the clash against City, who have been runners-up to Chelsea in the FA Youth Cup for each of the past three seasons and have one of the best academies in world football, is sure to attract a lot of interest.
Admission prices will be kept at the same level as for the games against Eastleigh and Wimbledon.
Tickets are available to purchase now, in person or online, as well as being available on the gate.
Prices for unreserved seating in both the Grandstand and the Lyndhurst Stand are £5 for adults, £3 for concessions and £1 for under-18s.
City are second to Manchester United in the Under-18 Premier League (North) with a record of six wins and one defeat from seven games.
Their one loss was by a 5-3 scoreline against Everton on October 21.
The FA Youth Cup tie at Home Park will be part of a run of three successive away games in eight days for City, who are coached by Weston-super-Mare-born former Bristol Rovers striker Gareth Taylor.
They will also travel to Derby County on December 9 and West Bromwich Albion on December 16.
