| THE following acts are offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991:
The throwing of any object within Home Park without lawful authority or excuse; The chanting of anything of an indecent or racialist nature; The entry on to the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse. Conviction of any of the above may result in a banning order being made. Indeed, some people have already been banned this season for infringing the above regulations.
Banning orders may be enforced after an incident has been reported to us, either directly or through the police, and may vary in length, dependent upon the nature of the incident.
Each case will be dealt with on its own merits.
Banned supporters will have the opportunity to discuss their conduct with the club before any ban is considered.
Banned supporters are not entitled to any refunds.
Club News
In short the club are saying that they know the fans are pissed off but anybody throwing their season tickets onto the pitch in disgust at the poor fare on offer will be manhandled from the ground by some ex fairground workers the served with a three year football banning order, sounds like an incentive to me. The second point about chanting, is the word "racialist" actually a real word? Anyway the club have introduced a byelaw into the club rules which they class as Blasphemous Rule 7 amendment 17:2 "Any chanting which involves or is directed at THE RELUCTANT ONE or OUR SAVIOUR, praise be to the saviour who saved us in HIS hour of need, will be classed as a terrorist act or racialist hate crime, you have been warned." The club has been hard at work this week erecting temporary holding facilities at Harpers Park for the expected blasphemers to be held in post match. James Brent was asked about this new development and said "luckily we realised when replacing the fence around Harpers Park we had actually increased the security not only from people entering the pitch but also leaving it, the Police are having trouble looking after lawbreakers in fact there are only two policemen left in Plymouth. We have made a deal with D&C to use Harpers Park not only for the blasphemers but also use it as a weekend drunk tank, because the training ground is on private ground we arent beholden to the same rules as say a prison is so this reduces the costs of holding people considerably. We are presently talking to G4S to roll this out across Devon and Cornwall by leasing training pitches from Exeter and Torquay also. The revenue from these ventures will be directed in at least five directions which will remove any liability from the football club having to pay tax on them." A slightly nervous looking fan who was flying a model aircraft around the park wearing piss stained shoes was heard to mutter something about why shouldn't the fine gennleman do this kind of thing? Why not indeed. |

| No but the stewards have learnt that it's foolhardy to try and stamp them out. |

| That the club are soooooo outraged at people who throw toilet rolls, yet leave the stadium and it's environs in such a littered mess is frankly risible. I wouldn't waste a toilet roll myself, but I have never ever seen a problem with the toilet roll/tickertape thing when it was de rigeur. The modern football industry are pc paranoid control freaks, but underneath have all the morality of alley cats. |

The tickertape in block 14 was great fun a couple of times last season. I guess that would be a banning order and no mistake! especially for someone who posts on ATD!!!!! |
