I would imagine that 'James' would have posed the question, "If I pay you back 388k, may I ask you what you might spend it on"? What do you think (or know) what the Trust might have said? I can hardly believe he didn't inquire? Don't tell me he was too polite (foolish) to ask? How much, Damon, do you know? |

| I'm led to believe that interest is being paid on the loan and the CC have been pretty ruthless in their pursuit. Reading between the lines of what I was told the trustees were left in no doubt that they could be held personally liable and even just as supporters of the club they all had a vested interest.
The trustees have been left in no doubt as to how the money can be used in the future, much as you hope, Peggy. |
