| I cannot understand how this woman can be the shadow Home Secretary after her "understandable" comment following the riots in London over the weekend, absolute disgrace and should never be an MP. While she and her like are there, labour will never gain power. |

| My mistake, she's a wonderful MP and will make a brilliant Home Secretary for all future rioters |

| She's appalling imo but tbf to her I believe she said that their anger was understandable, not the rioting, subtle difference. |

| She was more balanced with her left wing views years back......but I believe she has health problems now....certainly with her memory.....she needs to seek help and certainly retire from politics before she looses all credibility. |

While she and her like are there, labour will never gain power. So the Daily Mail and The Sun reports something and you take it as gospel. Thank goodness it's Abbot that's the MP and not you. Why not look at what she actually said rather than what the neo-fascist Mail and Sun claims she said. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| Did you read what the Daily Mail and Sun reported? they directly quoted her speech. Maybe you prefer the 'communist' Guardian. |

| I should add that I read both the Guardian and the Daily Mail and I suspect that the truth often lies somewhere between each papers viewpoint. |

Maybe you prefer the 'communist' Guardian. She didn't make a speech, she issued a statement which I've provided a link to. Read it and then tell me it's unacceptable. It isn't, it's measured, reasonable and it supports the family's call for calm. And do I prefer the (not in the slightest bit) communist Guardian to the Mail, a paper that supports the fascist Front Nationale in France, and backed Hitler in the 30's? Bloody right I do, although these days I get a broad range of news and opinion online. |

| Then I am sure that you welcome the Labour parties determination to leave the EU. |

| I am no fan of Diane Abbott but I am truly amazed how the Nazi Mail has managed to spin this. How dare an MP stand next to the deceased's father and appeal for calm. |

Labour supported Remain. The referendum voted Leave. Labour respects the result of the referendum. You're a bit thick, aren't you? |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Well I don't know what you saw, read or listened too, but I know what I heard that woman said on the TV. I could believe that your MP material as you've assumed plenty without any justification, just FYI I don't read either of those papers but as you appear to have knowledge of their journalistic leanings, perhaps you could enlighten us all. |
