| What are the odds that Stapes will return to the directors box soon?
I think that Hallett will be the majority shareholder but I wonder if there will be others he brings into his boardroom? |

| It could all be linked to the ongoing negotiations surrounding "the academy" ( that's the cover story for even more building in the park ) and the land Stapleton bought. Maybe the end game of a long drawn out under the radar pre-pack agreement going back to Ridsdale. Things are certainly being orchestrated, just as Wrathall's return was. What a horrible club it has become under Brent. |

| But the local janner folk will all take it in that "ee bleeds green and was taken for a ride by those people up the line" "can't trust people from up the line, they don't understand Plymouth people".
They do understand Plymouth people only too well. If there's one thing the city does well it's being shat on and accepting it.
Take transport as an example - no airport, train still takes an hour from Exeter when open and the motorway stops at Exeter. |

he hlped destroy this club he will never be welcome back by fans with brains We used to publish proper accounts in those days so the financial situation is on record. The accounts for 2000-2008 show the club to be pretty much breaking even. http://thetwounfortunates.com/is-plymouth-argyle-still-in-turmoil/ The losses started between 2009-2011: 2009 - nearly £3m 2010 - just over £4m 2011 - just over £8m ... at which point the sky fell in and no more annual accounts have been published. |

| 2008 losses presumably offset by the bucketload of player sales. |

| There was a miscellaneous expenses figure of some £5 million at the end. No doubt that would have been the "professional fees" dipping pot. |
