| Not a bad monthly income and as said - "let's hope he is worth it this season".
Yer man between the sticks there is saying it was a massive boost to have Carey back on board.
Dare say Mrs C had some input on the decision about whether to uproot or make a home here.
Carey has settled football (barring injury or banned) for whatever length the contract really is, he will be as influential this season as last. |

| Locals just love to be told their neck of the woods is lubberly. Same old stuff. I'm sure the next home for the Careys will be just as pleasant. |

| 5-6k a week for a top bracketed player in League1 would seem to be about bang on.
Whatever the salary or circumstances , it is a minor coup that he's chosen to stay. |

Whatever the salary or circumstances , it is a minor coup that he's chosen to stay. Indeed..he could have gone to another club with ambition for that money so far do's |
