| Plymouth Argyle have signed defender Ryan Edwards from Morecambe on undisclosed terms after agreeing a compensation package.
Edwards, 23, has scored three goals in 127 games for the Shrimps since joining from Blackburn Rovers in May 2014, with two in 50 appearances last season.
The centre-half was named player of the year at Morecambe's awards night.
He is the third signing for the League One newcomers after the arrivals of Ruben Lameiras and Lionel Ainsworth. |

| Quite like the sound of this one, right age and a bit of decent history. Not sure if he's the second centre back type or the out and out ball winner-if the latter, where would that leave Bradley ? Anyway, we shall see, good luck to him and hope he has a long and successful career at HP. |

| So we paid a fee for a promising youngster who the Morecombe fans rate quite highly. On the up! |

There will be a left back signing at somepoint during this window. We arent going to go into the season with only one natural left back. This signing sounds ok and pretty much shores up the defence options barr the left back postition. Now onwards to sorting out midfield and up front and a 3rd choice keeper. |

I hope not, I think thats the reason we didn't go up as champions, Sawyer at yeovil was all over the place like he knew he wouldnt get dropped cause theres no replacement |

Bulvitis as well but thats no great loss dont think he would have hacked in L1 anyway..plus for me sokolik looked to casual and played us into trouble a few times last season like trying to dribble pass players in his own six yard box instead of just putting his foot through it in row Z ..got a feeling del boys gunna go with bradley & edwards as the two CHs |

Keeper
Luke McCormick
Defenders
Sonny Bradley Gary Miller Gary Sawyer Jakub Sokolik Oscar Threlkeld Ryan Edwards
Midfielders
Antoni Sarcevic David Fox Yann Songo'o Lionel Ainsworth Ruben Lameiras
Strikers
Jake Jervis Ryan Taylor Nathan Blissett Mark McCallum when he signs his deal. I also updated your list in the quote as Songo'o is no defender but a good midfielder and should play there only unless of a dire emergency in defence, |

| Slightly better than the other deadwood signings but basically a bog standard fourth division defender. |

Good in his day but over his peak now , maybe good as a back up to someone younger and more talented. |
