The real pressure is off for Argo as it's job done. Anything else is a bonus.  Colchester simply have to win to stand any chance of a play-off place so tons of pressure on them.  Argo can play with free abandonment.

Colchester Utd 0-2 Argo jocolor

My god, you feeling alright there Freathy ?.

Tickets for Colchester no longer on sale from Home Park, but can be purchased via ColU at: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]  [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

If purchasing via [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , there is an option to print at home & save time in collecting, too. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Parking will be scarce, we are told, so Colchester have handily provided us this guide: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

cheers

Just enjoying predicting wins while the results no longer really matter. Next season will be VERY different. 0-3 defeats every week.

Team news

Colchester midfielder Tom Lapslie will be assessed on a shoulder problem ahead of the visit of promoted Plymouth.

Veteran Doug Loft was drafted back in for a long-awaited return from Achilles and calf injuries in the draw at Morecambe on Easter Monday, so could retain his place as the U's chase a play-off place.

On-loan Huddersfield forward Rekeil Pyke is pressing for a recall, but Sammie Szmodics remains out as the midfielder continues to recover from a broken leg.

Leading scorer Kurtis Guthrie (ankle), midfielder Craig Slater (groin), defender Frankie Kent (ankle), forward Denny Johnstone (knee) and club captain Luke Prosser (knee) are all long-term absentees.

Plymouth welcome back defender Sonny Bradley as they seek to keep their title ambitions alive.

Bradley missed Monday's 6-1 Home Park thrashing of Newport - which secured Plymouth's promotion to League One - with a dead leg.

It was the first league game Bradley had missed since signing from Crawley last summer, and his place in central defence was taken by Jakub Sokolik.

Other than Bradley's return, boss Derek Adams could name the same side which hammered lowly Newport to move within three points of leaders Doncaster with three games remaining.
