DEREK ADAMS has no qualms about removing ball boys and girls during Plymouth Argyle games at Home Park should he deem it appropriate.
The issue was highlighted during the Pilgrims' 2-0 victory over promotion rivals Carlisle United on Saturday.
The ball boys and girls left their positions around the pitch for the closing stages of the top-of-the-table clash on the instruction of Adams, who he felt were reacting too quickly.
He believes it is all part of making the most of home advantage in what is, in his own words 'a big business'.

Argyle are not alone in trying to do that. For example, Carlisle United try to capitalise on the long throw-ins of Danny Grainger and Tommy Miller in games at Brunton Park.
Ball-boys and girls have towels which they can hand to Grainger and Miller, who can wipe the ball before they hurl it in, but opposition players do not get that benefit.
Is this last line right? as I can remmeber an Argyle player was booked for using a towel when the opposition did not in a home game.
