| To Rotherham for £650k according to some sources on PASOTI. Far from convinced that he's worth that sort of money and Sawyer [if fit] would be adequate cover for him but the big question of course is what will happen to that money? Jeez, if that's true then there must be some war chest building up at HP. Wonder which department it'll be spent on though? I suppose one argument could be that Purrington almost certainly would not be one of the higher paid players at the club and the influx of 4 players in the window counterbalanced by the departure of Ben and Goodwillie has resulted in an increased wage bill but that would appear to be very tenuous, certainly not accounting for all of the large sums accrued by Argyle in recent times. |

| seeing as we dont need the money given the money we received this month we can turn it down but brent wont as he likes money to sit in banks doing nothing so purrington will go if they are serious. |

| It's crystal clear to all who've watched him this season that he's a real prospect, but ffs, Rotherham? Really?
Do they have serious cash backers? That has to be the only reason he'd go to a pissy-arsed Yorkshire backwater club.
As for Argyle letting him go....spineless cnuts. |

| Rotherham probably made the bid expecting a team seemingly pushing for promotion and who just had a 1.5 million windfall to turn it down. They could never have reckoned on that snivelling money grabbing disgrace brent biting their hands off.
get out of PAFC brent. Now!

And the eternally grateful green faithful brain dead twats still wonder why argyle have never made it to the top flight. Purrington was exactly the kind of player that should be kept if the board really want argyle to climb the leagues. |

Brent is a fourth divison owner in every respect, small time with zero ambition for the club only interested in making a few quid! It will be interesting to see how the Brenty fan club can put a positive spin on this shameful sellout Purrington, will be replaced with another crap misfit from a jobcentre, it Stinks!... promotion my arse! |

| We havent done shit in this window again bar the 3 in and 2 out which does nothing to strengthen the squad in depth and quality really. Every other club in league 2 have been strengthening their squads yet Brent seems to think we dont need too and its that brain dead thinking that cost us promotion for 2 years in a row as the club falls apart after January on the pitch as our squad has been totally exhausted and we cant cope with loss of form, injuries and suspension or even options coming off the bench. Worth noting we wont be able to sign loan players after the window shuts so whatever we have at 2300 on tuesday thats it till the summer.
How do his brain dead fans not see whats going on under their nose?
Brent has no excuse for not backing Del Bhey this window none what so ever. We had Big cash injection from both the Liverpool games, Nelson's transfer fee would also be unbudgeted too (the clubs words) and whatever we got for 10% of villa's fee for Hourihane and that's by doing nothing himself so its all profit. Lets also not forget Hallet's injection either.
By those paydays alone we can afford to turn down Rotherham's offer and keep hold of Purrington at the very least till the summer and not weaken our defence or chances of going up. Ge has come on leaps and bounds this season have a stagnant two seasons where he hasn't been successful playing in other positions.
So why has he not back Del Bhey to ensure we win the league or very least go up automatically? del can deliver as can the team with reinforcements.
If we don't go up this year then the brain dead mutants who back brebt must surely see the light and join the growing numbers of argyle fans who want him gone.

You reckon? More and more dissent on Pisspotti as days go by. I have been screen shotting a lot of it recently and when you go back and compare huge sanitization has taken place... Nool and De Liar working overtime on editing and dossiers |

| Will be annoyed in Purrington is sold. We don't need the money but we do need players, especially young ones, who can bed in at a higher level. |

| Seems to a done deal now as Ben according to rumours is under going a medical and should complete the deal within 24 hours.
Same old Argyle seeing ££ Signs and not ambition on the pitch. So Del Bhey has little time to find a replacement decent Left back before the window closes as Sawyer isnt fit enough to pay from the off just yet and still we need another to rival him.
Of course none of the rumoured £600k will go anywhere near his transfer budget even for next season.

| Seems strange a small championship club without huge resources, adrift at the bottom of the league is going to spend £650k on a left back...
Also seems odd Purrington is up for going there, if he bides his time he could certainly secure a much better move, to a bigger championship club |

| This is wrong in a number of ways.
Wrong move for the player who will probably be playing in the same division as us next season.
Wrong move for Rotherham cos basically he's never worth the alleged fee and subsequent wage.
Wrong move for Argyle as it will infuriate the fans(well, some anyway) regarding the directors true intentions. |

| I can't see this going through. A club like Villa will potentially gazump Rotherham, and in any case i have trouble believing Rotherham are seriously thinking of spending 650k on a left back in their perilous situation. Sounds like paper talk bullshit. Of course now ive said that itll be announced tomorrow |

| Their local rag says that one player will be having a Rotherham medical tomorrow morning (some on p'bay have suggested this might be Purrington). On one Rov'rum forum they are suggesting Purrington has been offered a 3 year deal. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |
