Gather its for Brenda and Riddler to reassure fans (= us) that the preferred bid is going ahead as planned. Whose plans I wonder?

It's the meeting between Guilfoulup and the Trust tonight at 6pm.
After a lot of pressure from the fans the Trust have decided to ask for a meeting with the administrator. Local MP's and Councillors will also be at the meeting.
I just wish the Trust were more proactive on this rather than reactive.

Must be something in the water, or the genes.
The majority of Argyle fans would appear to fit your description of being reactive rather than proactive. Pasoti itself is a perfect example.

I think "De-active" would be closer the mark if there were such a word.

More like Radioactive. The green lemins are queueing up at St Budeaux as we speak for the 'Big Leap' to get their annual dose. All in aid of the the staff fund you understand. More nuclear facilities agreed soon to augment the existing ten reactors. ... lubberly ... just think of those 100 new jobs.... things are looking up.
