A resolution has been proposed for Exeter City Supporters' Trust AGM on Saturday that seeks to serve Grecians boss Paul Tisdale notice on his contract.

If passed, the resolution, proposed by Douglas Gillard, will require the Trust board to direct the club's board of directors to explore whether Tisdale's contract contains any details about the termination of his contract within four weeks after the AGM.

If such a clause exists, then the proposal says the Trust should ask the board to serve notice on the long-serving manager's deal.

However, the resolution does not call for removal of Tisdale as manager.
